Auditions for Constellations at BLT

The Butler Little Theatre has scheduled auditions for the season’s third production, Nick Payne’s Constellations. Video audition submissions are now being accepted. In-person auditions will occur on Saturday, November 11, and Sunday, November 12, at 2:00 p.m. at the theatre, located at One Howard Street in downtown Butler. All interested actors must register using the audition form below.

Video Auditions

Please prepare a 1-2 minute contemporary monologue. Please share your video via a YouTube link in the appropriate field on the audition form below. Virtual submissions will be accepted until 12:00 PM, Sunday, November 12th.

In-Person Auditions

Please prepare a 1-2 minute contemporary monologue, or sides will also be provided. In-person auditions begin at 2:00 PM. Please email kolekbrittany@gmail.com to schedule an audition time.

Roland: Beekeeper 20-30s.

About the Play

Full-length drama. Content note: Adult language.

Constellations is a spellbinding love story about an unlikely romance between Roland, a beekeeper, and Marianne, a physicist. After a chance encounter at a barbeque brings them together, the possibility of a spark seems unlikely, but what happens next defies the limits of our understanding of time and space.
